USB 3.1 Gen2 boosts up to 10Gbps transfer rate, which is 20 times of USB 2.0. It can transfer 50GB files just in one minutes and support 4K movie syncing. Also, it allows you to edit a 1080P or even 4K video smoothly straight on your external SSD.
Does it fit my phone’s original charger?
It can fit all Type-C charger. If your phone’s original charger is equipped with only USB-A ports, then you need to buy a Type-C charger.
Does it charge fast?
It depends on the charging speed your devices can draw and your charging gears can deliver. This cable support the maximum 5A of current and PD fast charging of 100W, which is sufficient to fully charge all Type-C devices. So long as you use a proper Type-C charger, you can charge your devices at fast speed.
What is the difference between a TPE cable and a nylon cable?
Generally, a TPE cable is softer than a nylon cable, which makes it easy for storage. However, nylon is anti-dirt and more durable than TPE.

If you need to change an order that you just placed through our website, you need to email hello@akavogear.com immediately with your changes.
Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it.
We do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we are no longer able to make changes once the order is processing at our Fulfillment centers and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they are shipped.
What is the AKAVO return policy?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.
When will I receive the refunded mony?
Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will send you a refund for the amount paid for each item returned, minus a flat $8 return shipping fee.
